The sub-adult lion was quite large. The newly hatched lion cub was barely the size of his paw, soft and cuddly as he snuggled against Kerry.

Watching them together. Nyx felt like he was seeing the young Sky and the sub-adult Sky, both crossing time and space to meet in one place.

They looked identical, yet Kerry wasn't Theon's cub, he was Felix's.cub.

However, Kerry's personality wasn't like Felix's or Nyx's. Even when he was in the egg, he was active and clingy, and loved to snuggle and roll around.

Nyx stared at the little cub happily kicking his ball on his back and couldn't help but give Felix a curious look. She thought, 'Could it be Felix was like this when he was little too?

The usually serious male lion cleared his throat and quietly turned red in the ears. He didn't remember what he was like as a child. But his emotional detachment was actually a congenital condition, so he thought, maybe he wasn't as cute when he

was little.

He thought if he hadn't been sick, maybe he'd have been this innocent and carefree.

The fluffy little cub grew tired from playing and curled up into a small ball on the floor, rising and falling with each breath.

Felix was worried he might get accidentally stepped on, so he slowly lay down next to him.

Kerry was startled, quickly rolling over, and stared up at the imposing beast next to him.

He looked down at himself, and then at his brother, and finally at his dad, his round little head tilting back and forth as if full

of confusion.

Sky guessed what Kerry was thinking. He smiled and comforted Kerry. “You're still small, but soon you'll grow even bigger than your Daddy.

"As long as you eat healthy and exercise more, you'll catch up to your dad in no time."

Kerry believed it without a doubt.

He was bursting with energy, so he chugged a huge bottle of milk with Nyx watching, and then tore through the whole house. But that wasn't enough for him, so he bolted outside to chase after little critters.

He was still so young, just out of the shell, and his body was small, with short, chubby limbs. When he ran, he kept stumbling, not even worth noticing to those little animals

The little lion cub tackled and pinned them down firmly, leaving them completely dumbfounded, unable to figure out what had just happened.

They thought, 'How could such a tiny creature be so fierce?"

As a few lion roars echoed, they lifted their heads and watched in shock as two majestic adult male lions strode out of the large house. Following closely behind them was a subadult male lion.

At that moment, they finally understood why this little one was so formidable and couldn't help but tremble in fear

Kerry, with a babyish voice, mimicked his dad and brothers roars, and then showed mercy, lifting his short leg and letting the prey go, satistics

He charged straight at the three big lions, pretending to pounce and bite them. But instead, he accidentally crashed headfirst into his father's iron-like leg, sending himself tumbling backward. His freshly fed, round belly was completely exposed.

Nyx stood at the doorway, watching this scene with a smile.

The four hous-two big ones and two small ones-gathered together, and it was such a heartwarming sight. Kerry, full of energy, couldn't stay still. After lying on the ground for a bit, he shook his head and stood up, climbed onto his brothers, and then jumped onto his dad's head.

To Nyx's surprise, Felix wasn't a strict father at all, he was incredibly patient with the cub.

Even Theon found it unbelievable, looking Felix up and down. “When did your temper change so much?”

In his memory, Felix had always been an unyielding authority figure. When he was rebellious and disobedient before, Felix had no problem knocking him around.

Felix gave him a meaningful glance. I've always been like this. I haven't changed."

Before Theon could reply, Felix spoke again, “When you were little, you were as mischievous as Kerry, I spoiled you just the

same."

Theon didn't remember anything from his cub years. But just looking at Felix's expression, he knew Felix was telling the truth.

Felix didn't need to, nor would he bother, lying to him.

The golden-haired lion lowered his head in embarrassment, feeling too shy to speak. If not for his thick fur, his face would've been bright red.

Normally, Sky and Ash were always together since they were twin brothers, and their bond was particularly close. But now, Sky was caught up in playing with the lion cubs, leaving Ash by himself.

The two lion brothers were laughing and playing in the garden, making Ash look lonely and even a little pitiful.

Ash had turned into beast form. He was a large, but not yet fully grown, gray wolf, circling Nyx and wagging his tail in an attempt to please her. “Nyx, I want a little brother too.”

He was so jealous of Sky. He thought, Why does Sky get to play with a little lion CUB? I also want an adorable little wolf cub to play with.

Nyx went speechless. She thought, ‘Actually, it will be possible. If I have another little wolf cub and raise it alongside the little lion cub, wouldn't that allow me to relive the feeling of raising Sky and Ash?'

Thinking about it, Nyx couldn't help but feel moved.
