Secrets Of The Neglected Wife

Chapter 1100

Chapter 1100:

His words were fast, but clear enough for Kellan to hear.

There was a challenge in Colton’s eyes.

Allison had saved his life!

Kellan was hardly a concern for him.

Sure enough, after Colton spoke, Kellan’s expression darkened. “Colton, you’re asking for trouble,” he said.

Kellan’s dark eyes were filled with icy anger.

It wasn’t out of jealousy or possessiveness, but because someone like Colton had hurt Allison time and time again.

“You pushed her out of the Stevens family yourself. From now on, you have no right to show up in front of her.” Kellan placed his hand on Allison’s waist.

His voice was deep and smooth as he looked down at Colton.

“Right now, you’d better keep your distance. If you don’t, I can’t promise what I’ll do to you,” he warned.

Allison could feel his grip on her waist, firm and possessive.

It felt like a claim, or maybe he was afraid that she might slip away. His hands were warm and rough, the heat from his palms seeping through her clothes, sending a pleasant shiver through her.

“Colton, I suggest you stop fooling yourself and thinking too highly of your chances,” Kellan continued.

This time, Allison didn’t bother pretending.

“I don’t want to see you again. Stay out of my life for good,” she said, her tone cold.

The sharpness in her eyes was like a blade, cutting deep into Colton’s heart.

It was a public rejection.

Seeing that many people seemed eager to watch the scene, Colton sighed heavily and said, “I get it.”

He had planned to provoke Kellan in this way, but now, he was the one feeling worse.

So this was how Allison had felt when she was hurt?

It was as if he was being punished for his actions.

Once he left, Allison turned toward the nearby materials and said to Kellan, “Please help me take off the gold and white feathers and the black satin ribbon.”

“Of course,” Kellan said, loosening his hold on her waist. “I’ll stay here from now on and make sure no one bothers you.”

Allison felt a wave of relief.

“With you here, I feel safe,” she admitted.

That was the truth.

Noticing the time, Allison realized that the competition had already started, and they needed to get moving.

Once she got back into her flow, Allison grabbed a pencil and started sketching directly on the shoe mold. Soon, she called out to Kellan.
