Seeing Xavier's reaction, Theodore let out another sigh but chose not to press further.

Matters of the heart couldn't be forced. Xavier needed to come to terms with it himself. All Theodore could do was offer his advice and hope that Xavier would see reason sooner rather than later.

After a moment of silence, Xavier raised what he was most worried about. "Are you really going to let Yvie use herself as bait to lure out Harvey? It's far too dangerous."

Theodore replied, "You know how stubborn she is. Once she's made up her mind, nothing can change it. Even if we object, she'll go ahead with it anyway."

Theodore's expression was etched with concern as he continued, "Besides, the catalyst in her system is accelerating its effects. If we delay this, I'm afraid her body won't hold out for much longer. As much as I hate this plan, drawing Harvey out now may be her best chance."

Xavier clenched his fists tightly at his sides, his knuckles turning white.

"I understand. No matter what happens, I'll make sure Yvie stays safe." Even if it
