Alexandra gawks at him trying to figure out what was running through his mind. "Why are you asking all of a sudden?"

"Because I want to know. I do all these things but that's what I want to find out"

"I understand" she smiles sweetly flashing her pearly white teeth. "But understand that I'm in a place where I can't help myself except you help me first"

"Tell me what I have to do"

"I don't know Adam, you figure it out"

"I will make you my Luna Alexandra"

Alexandra scoffs, short of words.

"If I become the Alpha, I will make you my Luna. Think about it Alexandra, you will be Luna of the Guerrero pack, everyone will respect and bow to you"

Alexandra runs her hand through her hair. "So what you're saying is that you want me -"

Holding her shoulders, he gawks into her eyes. "Yes, Alexandra! Whatever you are thinking is the only way. What you are thinking is the only way I can be the Alpha of this pack"

"Adam!" Alexandra whispers

"Alexandra! Being the Luna is the best thing for you which better Luna would I have than you"

"I can't believe you are saying this"

"What I'm doing is for both of us?"

"How is this going to benefit you and me? The only one I'm seeing this will benefit is you"

"What do you mean only me? Are you saying I'm trying to trick you"

"Are you? You are asking me to give up my position as an Alpha"

"To become the Luna" Adam states quickly "What's so bad about that? Do you know how many women would kill to be the Luna? To be my Luna? Do you how many girls will squeal at this news"

"How many? And also why don't you go to those girls why are you here?"

Alexandra walks away and Adams goes after her, he wasn't going to give up, this position means a lot to him, and wasn't going to let her take it away from him. Even though deep down, he knows she was the right one in line for the position, he thinks being the Luna would be the best thing for her. since she was a woman,

it will be much better to have her under and no one will ask questions but if Alexandra decides to become the Alpha and they get married, their pack members may start to whisper thinking he was the weak one.

Catching up to her before she turns towards the tourist who were still taking a stroll.

"Think about it" He whispersnoveldrama

"What's there to think about?"

"Why are you been so insensitive?"

"Insensitive"

"Are you angry?" Adams asks and Alexandra breathes out, smiling down at him.

"Why should I be when you just expressed your opinion on something?"

"Then why are you leaving?"

"You said I should think about it right"

Adams smiles. "All I'm asking for is that you stay beside me as my Luna and be

absent from the ceremony that way I can be the Alpha"

"Become your Luna and be absent from the ceremony"

"Yes, Alexandra. Think about how powerful our children will grow up to be, you will give birth to the next Alpha. Isn't that going to be great?"

Alexandra gazes into his eyes and he gazes back. The thought of having a baby has never crossed her mind but merely hearing those words from Adams made her want to throw up.

"Babies?"

"Yes you love babies"

"I love babies, who don't" she smiles widely holding the urge to roll her eyes. "So will you do it?"

As Alexandra observes him intently, her adrenaline rushes up and she couldn't help but despise him even further. If anything she was already aware that Adam was just planning to use her as he did in the past.

"How dare he try to take advantage of me again?" She thinks to herself, molding her fist tightly.

"Say something" Adams states almost frustrated

"What do you want me to say?"

"Say that you will do it. That you will be absent from the ceremony and support

me so that I can become the Alpha and then I will make you my Luna"

"Is that all you want to hear?"

Unaware of what to say, Adams moves over to a stone and reclines down.

"Is that all you want?" Alexandra asks, feeling as though there was no more to his demand than anything.

Adams smiles. "Yes, I mean No. I also want you to tell them to support me"

"Tell who?"

"Them" he whispers

"Our pack members"

"No, the other clan"

"What other clan?"

"The blood moon clan"

Alexandra stiffens, not expecting to hear him say that name, and clenches her jaw, hating the fact that his only aim is to take advantage of her as he did in the past. Maybe he had thought she had forgotten all about it but Alexandra was no fool, she could still remember it all like it was yesterday it happened.

"You want me to -"

"Yes, ask your mother's clan to vote for me"

"Do you have any idea what you are saying?"

"I do Alexandra. Do you think I don't realize what I'm doing but think about it? In

the end, it is both of us. You as my Luna and I will be the Alpha. Together we will

"And you think the right move is going over to my mother's pack and asking that they vote for you"

"Yes! And you know that their vote changes everything. If I get their support and vote, I'm certain that I will win"

"Why are you so confident? What if they vote for you and you still don't win?"

"That's never going to happen. This Alpha position means a lot, if I get their vote I swear that I will succeed after your father"

Alexandra scoffs, deep down she was aware that it was about time, someone take over from Bernard since he was getting old, and thus his sense of leadership as the Alpha has affected the pack and will continue to affect them if he remains as the Alpha but Alexandra wasn't sure Adams was the right man for that position either. If anything, he didn't want to go through the right way and wanted her to be absent during the ceremony, which means he was asking her to give up her right, something that was passed down to her from birth and that made her blood boil.

"You should have told me you already had a meeting with my father to plan to use me"

"Your father has nothing to do with this"

"How can I believe you?"

"He's already the Alpha. What business could he have with my position as the Alpha"

Without having to blink an eye, Alexandra knew he was Lying, Bernard must have known about this, if anything when she challenged his position and he fought back made her realize that he already had a candidate in mind for the position and that was Adam. Even though he was denying her father's involvement in his decision, Alexandra could see the truth staring down at her. When she had challenged Bernard, he hadn't expected it and so was Adams when she had spoken about joining in the ceremony that proved to her that they were playing a wicked game and Adam was still the same old man she knew who took advantage of her and at the end of it all ruined her together with Olivia.

"Maybe you're right"

"Of course Alexandra please, believe me, I will never lie to you"

"Really?" She raises her brow daring him

"Yes. I know what I'm asking from you may make it seem as though I don't care

but I do"

"You care about me"

"Yes and besides what am asking you to do is not that difficult, is simple"

"Simple?"

"Certainly. Give your Alpha position and be absent from the ceremony and then

go to your mother's clan and ask them to vote for me, is that simple"

"Is simple, but there's only one problem"

"What problem? I don't see a problem here. If you are scared of taking a trip to

your mother's clan I can go with you"

Alexandra smiles. "Aren't you one generous puppy?"

"What?"

"Forget it, what can you do over there even if I take you with me? You may go

around causing trouble"

"Trouble? Since when did your Adam become a troublemaker"

"My Adam?"

"Am I not yours? You are going to be my Luna so am yours"

"I have a mate Adam" she smiles "However, I agree to your request"

Adam smiles widely. "You are going to help me"

"Yes I will help you with my mother's clan and all, they will vote for you, you will

see"

"Thank Alexandra, I'm so grateful. When are you going to your mother's clan?" "The earlier the better since the ceremony is around the corner, don't you think"

"You are the best Alexandra" Adams states, his hand itches to engulf Alexandra but on second thought pushes it aside. "You will do great and when I become the Alpha, I promise you, you will become my Luna and you will be the best Luna Guerrero pack will ever have"

"I don't know about that"

"Of course you know, silly"

Alexandra chuckles. "I have to go"

"Of course and Take care, don't forget to take enough food on the journey to your

mom's clan"

"Goodbye Adams" she walks away and he stares at her till she is out of sight.

Smiling sinisterly as she strolled back home, a lot of things runs through Alexandra's mind. Adam must certainly think she was a fool to believe his lies but little did he know that she wasn't one of those naive little girls anymore who gets easily swayed by the mere words of men.

In his mind, Adam thought she had accepted his request but in actuality she didn't, there was no way she was going to let history repeat itself over again. Going over to her mother's clan would be the last straw of it and she wouldn't even dare, not because they won't help her.

The blood moon pack will always receive her with open arms but Alexandra would

never ask them to vote and support Adams ever again not after what he did to her and how he destroyed them in the past life. This time around, it was time for Adams to be the puppet and she would be the grand puppeteer calling the shots, leading him on, and just at the right time, he would jump right into the trap she had set out for him and it will swallow him forever just as he had swallowed her.

Feeling her adrenaline rush up, Alexandra hoped for nothing more than to put a sword through Adams's heart for telling her to give up her position and subject herself to Luna. Being a Luna wasn't bad and although Alexandra didn't despise the title of a Luna, it comes with respect and responsibilities to the pack but Adams's motives were not pure causing her blood to boil for all she desired was to ruin him just as much as he ruined her.

Adam may have thought he got her right where he wanted and she would dance

to his tune but this time he was wrong, for Alexandra had no intention of taking a long trip to her mother's clan if ever she was going to embark on such journey, she was going to tell them to not vote and support Adam to become the Leader of the Guerrero pack.
